Grand Estate Management is a family owned home management company that specializes in providing care and maintenance for the home you live in. With a very personal and white glove approach, our service ensures that your home, your family and your investment remain protected and secure.
Meet Christine
Our Founder, a third generation San Francisco native, brings over 25 years of home construction industry experience and has established strong relationships with some of the top builders, tradespeople, architects and suppliers in California. Her previous experience in project management, maintenance and handling warranty and service for busy executives and their estates, served as inspiration for her to develop the GEM program.
“Frequently, after a home is constructed, homeowners are simply given the keys and left to navigate the process of maintaining their home on their own. It quickly became apparent to me that although numerous property management companies cater to commercial, rental and large residential complexes, there were no equivalent services available to homeowners”.
With a deep understanding of custom homes and their intricate systems, Christine is dedicated to providing the best possible service and instills trust and confidence in both her clients and the Grand Estate Management team.
Having started her journey in acting and music, she continues to nurture her creative spirit by singing and composing music. Alongside her husband Scott, a Hot Air Balloon Pilot, they foster a deep admiration for the Arts and actively advocate for local theater groups.
