Dedicated Estate Manager

When you become a Grand Estate Management client, a dedicated property manager will be assigned to you. This individual will oversee all activities related to the upkeep and management of your home, including scheduling, coordination, and supervision of all required work.

Home Inspection and Assessment

At the beginning of your contract, a home inspection or home assessment will be conducted based on your home’s current condition.  This will enable your Estate Manager to determine the most effective approach and to develop an appropriate maintenance plan to manage and maintain your home.

Remodeling

As a GEM client, we possess the expertise to accurately estimate and engage qualified subcontractors for your remodeling project. We are adept at serving as your representative and intermediary to ensure that your project is executed seamlessly, with optimal efficiency, and is cost-effective.

Vacation and Part Time Residences

Many of our clients own more than one property. At Grand Estate Management, we offer complete maintenance solutions not only for your primary residence but also for your secondary and vacation homes. We perform regular property inspections, prepare your home for your arrival, and conduct preventive maintenance every quarter to ensure that everything is in good condition.
